1. General Policy
CODEGENIUS INSTITUTE follows a strict No Refund Policy for course registrations and admissions, subject to applicable laws.
Students are advised to carefully review all course details, fees, duration, eligibility, and other relevant information before completing registration and payment.
2. No Refund After Registration
ALL COURSE REGISTRATION FEES AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Once a student successfully completes registration and payment, the amount paid will not be refunded under normal circumstances.
This policy applies to:
- Course registration fees.
- Admission fees.
- Tuition and training fees.
- Online course payments.
- Offline course payments.
- Other programme or service fees.
3. Cancellation by Students
If a student decides to discontinue a course, cancel admission, change their mind, or stop attending classes after registration, no refund will ordinarily be provided.
Non-attendance, personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or failure to complete a course will not automatically qualify for a refund.
4. Course Transfer
Course transfers, batch changes, or adjustments may be considered at the sole discretion of the Institute, subject to availability and applicable terms.
Fees cannot automatically be transferred to another person or programme.
5. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If a student accidentally makes a duplicate payment or an incorrect transaction occurs, the matter may be reviewed after verification.
Eligible refunds or adjustments will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.
6. Cancellation by the Institute
If CODEGENIUS INSTITUTE cancels a programme and cannot provide the promised services or a suitable alternative, an appropriate refund or other remedy will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.
7. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy shall restrict any refund, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian laws.
8. Payment Confirmation
Students are advised to retain their payment receipts, transaction IDs, and registration confirmations for future reference.
9. Policy Acceptance
By completing registration and making payment, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

CODEGENIUS INSTITUTE reserves the right to revise this policy when necessary. Updated versions will be published on the official website.
